Terpinolene is one of the least common terpenes found in cannabis and is usually found in small amounts. But that doesn't mean it isn't important, it plays a vital role in defining the taste and smell in many strains. Terpinolene's aroma is more complex than other terpenes. It has an array of smells you might find in cannabis: It’s piney, floral, herbaceous, and even a little citrusy. FRESH is the one word that comes up when talking about terpinolene's taste and smell. It's believed to have uplifting effects and is often found in sativa strains.
